The terms and conditions set out in this document ("Terms and Conditions") govern the terms upon which the company named at the end of this document, will be an account customer ("you" and “your”) of ORIGINAL & DISTINCTIVE LIMITED ("O&D") and upon which O&D will supply any wine, beer, cider or spirits ("Beverages") ordered and/or purchased by you or on your behalf. Except as expressly provided by statute, no other terms and conditions shall apply in respect of the purchase of such Beverages unless expressly accepted in writing by O&D.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change, without notice.
At present, online delivery is limited to Mainland England and Wales and is charged at cost as per the current DHL distribution tariff.
Providing valid purchase orders are made online no later than noon on any working day, deliveries (organised on a pre-determined delivery schedule by DHL) are usually completed within 3-5 working days of receipt of order, for current stock items. Items out of stock at the time of order are usually completed within 28 working days of receipt of order. Items listed as "Sold out", may be available again at a later date.

O&D will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the proper cellaring of all Beverages in its possession and will act in good faith in purchasing Beverages. In the event that Beverages are corked or out of condition for consumption, it will be at the discretion of O&D that replacements be made available, without obligation. O&D are fastidious with regard to provenance and storage conditions, so problems of this nature rarely occur.
All Beverages shall be at your risk from the point of delivery to you, your agent or into bond if requested by you. Upon receipt of the Beverages you must examine the Beverages delivered and sign to confirm receipt on any delivery note provided by LCB or O&D. If any Beverages as delivered to you are subject to shortages, damage or errors you must note this on the delivery note or otherwise inform O&D within 48 hours of the time of delivery (or the next working day if delivery takes place on a Friday or preceding a Bank Holiday) and give details of such shortages, errors or damage. You must also retain such Beverages and packaging and make it available for inspection and collection by O&D.
In no event shall the service provider be liable for any damage arising, directly or indirectly, from the use of the information contained on this web site including damages arising from inaccuracies, omissions or errors. Any person relying on any of the information contained on this web site or making any use of the information contained herein, shall do so at its own risk. The service provider hereby disclaims any liability and shall not be held liable for any damages including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or other loss.
